action plans

The GEAP Action Plan provides a list of activities, outcomes, risks/assumptions and key personnel to cover the period June 2002 to December 2003.

The Action Plan was premised on the project LogFrame and followed the Output-to-Purpose Review (OPR) of September 2001. Following this OPR it was agreed that MoE and GEAP should jointly produce an Action Plan for GEAP activities for the remainder of the project. Various meetings were held between GEAP and MoE during the period February to April 2002, with the end of April set as a deadline for the production of a full Action Plan.

Final agreement on the plan was reached at end of June 2002 in a three-way meeting between DFID(Guyana), GEAP and the Ministry of Education.

The Action Plans provide a summary of activities that were planned to take place over the second half of the project. They do not provide background analysis or detailed budgets.
